Executive Administrator

Mrs. Bobbie Crawford serves as the Executive Administrator for The BASE Otero Community
Youth Center, where she is a valued member of the organization’s leadership team. With eight
years of experience working with children, Bobbie brings a strong commitment to creating
positive, supportive environments where young people and families can thrive. She plays an
integral role in supporting BASE families, skillfully guiding parents through the before and after
school care registration process, summer registration, and providing knowledgeable, responsive
assistance throughout their experience with the organization.

In her executive administrative role, Bobbie manages many of The BASE Otero’s essential
human resources and operational functions, including new employee onboarding, payroll
coordination and processing, PTO and sick leave administration, Playground management,
employee offboarding, and other critical personnel processes. Known for her professionalism,
attention to detail, knowledge, and willingness to help, Bobbie provides dependable
administrative support that helps ensure both employees and families receive the high level of
service they deserve.

As a military wife and mother of three, Bobbie brings patience, dedication, adaptability, and a
strong sense of family to her work. Although she currently serves The BASE Otero remotely
from Wyoming, she remains closely connected to the organization, its staff, and the families it
serves. Her ability to balance career and family while consistently supporting the day-to-day
needs of The BASE Otero reflects her commitment to service and excellence that makes her an
important part of The BASE Otero leadership team.
